The Room of Doom Reborn

I know, I know its been all quiet on the blog front for a while, apologies readers we have both been soooo busy making the most of the glorious sunshine we have been having, sorry to brag [all our northern european readers] but the weather has been divine for most of the last five weeks. Mother nature has lit the torch paper on all the pants and they have ignited into, bud, blossom and  bloom, as have the weeds who are all having a field day, until i decided to wage war on them on Wednesday and cut and dug thousands of them up, mmmm how long before they launch a counter attack on me, not long me thinks.

Anyway enough about the weather and the garden we have news, our first bedroom is finished [well sort of, for now as a temper measure until we put a bathroom in and redo all the electrics, were upon it will be ripped apart] oh well lets celebrate for now.

Formally know as “The Room of Doom” as thats what came over me every time i ventured into it, now known as “The former Room of Doom” original don’t you think?

here are some before and after photos to let you see what we mean.

  6. Looking good, like the idea of lighting the touch paper on the “pants”(?!)
Yes, I know you meant plants, but the visual image of the former is really funny

(I often find critical spelling errors in my blog posts, months later, all part of the fun )
