Another stunning day

After a grey damp start to the week we have been granted a stunning sunny day, with the temperature shooting up to 19 degrees.

So pickle and I headed out for a long walk, i needed a break from the wallpaper striping, which has until now been easy but it seems the paper on the walls of the downstairs bathroom have been glued on with superglue so its a painfully slow process.

Anyway back to the sunshine, arghhhh its so nice to feel the warmth of sun on your skin, its a tonic.

Every time we get a sunny warm day i keep forgetting its still winter and want to plant things , but i must resist as a cold blast will kill everything, hey ho ill just have to enjoy the sun instead.

View of our village in the distance from the other side of the valley, if you look closely you may spot the pickle.

The muddy field is beginning to show signs of greenery, which means spring is on its way, hopefully.

Have a lovely weekend everyone.
